How Do Those Targeted By The Southern Poverty Law Center Survive The Persecution?
IWB ^ | Ruby Henley

I want to understand what motivates the Southern Poverty Law Center in its persecution of those of us, who are considered to be Conservative Christians, Alt-Right, or Sovereign Citizens of the United States. It is abundantly clear we are under attack while groups like Black Lives Matter are given respect and left alone to “protest.”

Also, we know that Google secretly chose Southern Poverty Law Center to monitor YouTube, giving them the power over our First Amendment Rights. Much of the Conservative YouTube community has been banned from YouTube, and it is a great loss and injustice.

At some point Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc. need to be reigned in as “public utilities” or the equivalent and held accountable to not discriminate. If they claim they control content, then hold them directly accountable for hate and violence, for the content. If they claim it is their users, then hold the users accountable. But if these sites pick and choose what they allow, then they own the content and are responsible. Discrimination against pro-American, against conservative groups, against Christian groups should be at their doorstep, their liability. They will quickly find that SPLC or any other biased organization is not in their or the public’s best interest. The DOJ might open up a civil rights case to explore the abuse of our civil rights by these companies.

There is VERY little comparison between a Christian Conservative American citizen and a Sovereign Citizens of the United States. As the later does not even exists. If you are a Sovereign Citizen it is only logical that you are NOT beholding to ANY other country OR ITS Constitution, or ITS LAWS. THAT MEANS YOU ARE A CRIMINAL IN THIS COUNTRY AND REFUSE THE AUTHORITY OF ITS LAWS!

And what 1st amendment rights do you have on a web site that is owned by a private entity? If you bitch about You Tube banning people because of their content, then I suggest you just GO AWAY, because this very web site does the same thing to idiots we dont like.

What is your point here, exactly?

There was an effort among many in the SPLC to target the RC church as a ‘hate group’. No doubt if successful, the Mormons, Russian Orthodox, Orthodox Jews, Southern Baptists, etc. would not have been far behind.

I think the point is that Google/Youtube and similar sites are very nearly at the same level of ubiquity in society as electricity providers. You wouldn’t stand for your electric company cutting you off because they didn’t agree with your politics, would you?

Not to mention, there are Christian bakers who own private businesses that have been forced to bow to the so-called 1st-amendment rights of homosexuals wanting wedding cakes from them. If those bakers have no say in who they will or will not serve, then that goes for Google too.

Google, Twitter and Facebook are fascist businesses conspiring with the enemies of our republic. That is the simple, plain, unvarnished truth. They act in the best interests of totalitarians in and out of government.
These are businesses that have grown too fast for their leaders to grow naturally in their appreciation of our free enterprise system.
They have experienced a sudden, explosive growth that has catapulted them into positions of influence and power far greater than they are capable of managing.
They try to apply their naive sentimental political philosophy of Utopian Marxism to their business model because that is all they know.
They have, in their sphere of influence, derailed the American Dream.
To counteract these Marxist zealots with unrivaled power, we have elected a president who is completely ingrained with the American Dream and the Free Enterprise system. He is also absolutely committed to the return of Constitutional government.
We shall see who wins this war. Some class action suits against the SPLC are in order. We should be able to glean a few hundred million from these grifters.

Sovereign Citizens disregard your laws as moot. They do not give one $h!t about anyone else but themselves. They purposefully spit on our constitution to incite and provoke confrontations with LEOs. The Sovereign Citizen movement HAS NOTHING TO DO with being a conservative American citizen. Completely the opposite. Sovereigns dont belong to any country. They make their own laws up as they go. Grouping them in with any form of conservatism is akin to giving out Antifa memberships at FR!

No they are not at the level of public utilities. They do not power my house or provide me with drinking water or insure my daily waste gets taken away, or any other crutial UTILITY that is managed by a governing body.

They just induce drama and commercialization into your lives at a rate that seems comparable to a public utility. BUT THEY ARE NOT.

AMERICA DOES NOT RUN ON DRAMA. I dont have date to prove it but thats what my mommy told me when I was a teenager and I still believe her. To give computer web sites, and the people who own/run them this kind of power in your life is absurd.

My wife and I took on the SPLC after 9-11 when they introduced the Teaching Tolerance program in our local schools. This series was supposedly to prevent violent backlash against Muslim students after the event. Ironically none occurred although Boston Marathon, Ft. Hood, Orlando, San Bernardino and on and on have. We researched Teaching Tolerance and found it to be multi cultural drivel which expounded on the themes of white privileged and white racism. We protested and were told to go pound sand. We investigated and found that the SPLC instructor left alone with the students in the class room had no DOJ background check as required by California law. We checked and found out he had an arrest record for attacking a fellow female worker at a restaurant. Program was shut down, our home address given to students so they could mail us unfaltering comments, our children harassed to a minor amount. Would we do it again. Damn strait!

Ultimately google has the ability and “right” to kick FR off the internet. It’s gone too far. Make them public utilities.
