How are we going to fight the upcoming war with Russia that everyone in DC seems to want so badly?
Mattis said “Dreamers” serving in or honorably discharged from the military will not face deportation. Mattis told reporters today that service members brought to this country illegally as children will not be subject to any kind of deportation, even if the DACA program expires.

Used to be a 6 year active obligated service for enlisted -
IF THEY TAKE HIM, a person who serves 4 yrs, HONORABLE service, at the end of his obligated service he should be given citizenship.
If one of them is KIA, his immediate family should be granted ... few years back mother was being tossed out of the country AFTER her son was KIA...that just isn’t right ESPECIALLY when there are a bunch of able bodied people around who REFUSE to enlist at least those that do serve HONORABLY should be well compensated for it.
If nothing else, at the end of enlistment should be given a fast track to citizenship with NO fear of being kicked out of the country...ESPECIALLY if he is a combat vet.

Sadly, I agree with pretty much all of this. Mattis was neutered and has gone to graze the PC below average pastures. Him and Sessions both. Guess they got their dream jobs and figured they were done.

Publicly admonishing a noncom under his command in front of the cadet corp is just about the most demoralizing thing a an officer could ever do. The cadets will lose respect for both the first sergeant and the officer involved.
And what the heck is a vice commandant of cadet climate and culture in the first place?
