Unfortunately, Satan, whom Jesus names as the prince of this world, has injected his culture into this world through his minions (leftists, communists, mohammedans, sexual deviants, etc.). It will take a wholesale turning to Jesus to change things, if they are even changeable (may be sliding down the chute to Armageddon so no reversal will happen until He returns).
