because sooo many illegals and sloths and cheaters etc get and take so much, I don't mind taking a few dollars off here and there....think of it this way...we've been the consummate consumers and taxpayers for decades...a little bitty discount is appreciated....

and, did everybody get their senior pass for the national parks before the prices went up to $80????
