I want to start out by defining what I mean by false pretense.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/False_pretenses
In criminal law, property is obtained by false pretensesa[] when the acquisition results from intentional misrepresenting of a past or existing fact.
The elements of false pretenses are: (1) a false representation (2) of a material past or existing fact (3) which the person making the representation knows is false (4) made for the purpose of causing (5) and which does cause (6) the victim to pass title (7) to his property [3] False pretenses is a statutory offense in most jurisdictions; subject matter covered by statute varies accordingly, and is not necessarily limited to tangible personal property some statutes include intangible personal property and services. For example, the North Carolina false pretense statute applies to obtaining any money, goods, property, services, choses in action, or any other thing of value [4] Under common law, false pretense is defined as a representation of a present or past fact, which the thief knows to be false, and which he intends will and does cause the victim to pass title of his property. That is, false pretense is the acquisition of title from a victim by fraud or misrepresentation of a material past or present fact.
Now, what is the property Trump may be giving up? His Presidency, of course! This is my theory, and I am sticking to it.

Obamas corrupt DOJ conspired to commit SEDITION against the duly elected President, where is Mr. Magoo Sessions? Doing his job? Or shilling for the unindicted criminals?
After 1 year of this slow slog to nowhere, and the fact that Mueller is still around, chasing Russian ghosts, I no longer believe Trump and Sessions are playing 3D chess.
Sessions needs to be fired. Find someone willing to take a plyers and blow-torch to the DOJ and FBI.
Based on what we know - there is no case. If there were a case in a court of law (not political theater) it would most certainly be thrown out for the blatant conflict of interests throughout the “investigators.”
On top of that - it now appears quite clear that any case (again, there is not one) would be tossed due to fruit of the poisonous tree. A failure to disclose that the dossier was the product of an interested party (DNC and HRC) would invalidate any application for such a warrant. The craziest thing is that the dossier was not only the basis of the FISA warrant, but it was used as the basis for all of the unmasking the last administration did. If it could be proven that those doing the unmasking using the dossier knew or even suspected it was bogus, they have committed a felony for each unmasking if I read the law correctly.
One thing that has not been much discussed - if the conviction of Flynn and others was based on information obtained directly from a corrupted FISA warrant there is precedent that it might be thrown out if they withdrew from their plea agreements. I don’t know how those were structured, but this looks to be the result of a very dirty card game. I wonder if there will be news on this front? The rules of discovery are clear and if one of them fought the case the courts would demand complete disclosure and turning over everything from the government. If I were Flynn, given the small amount of text messages we have seen so far from the lead investigator, I would be on the phone with my attorney. They can demand every text message and don’t you wonder what they say about the Flynn case?
I am still amazed that so many “smart people” could be so dumb. I would like to think that Sessions is making all of this his #1 priority, but iI am not very confident. It is either the only investigation in DC without rampant leaks or he is protecting those in the DOJ that need to explain their actions. If it is the latter, he should be replaced immediately because this thing is getting messier each day!
I believe firing session would be a mistake. I would move him to an empty office without a chair or a phone and tell him to “look busy.”
Then I would fire Rosenstein and hire a new deputy AG who would actually be in charge with that moron Sessions as the figure head.
Session is a traitor and it is time he was relieved of all responsibility, get someone in there who can to do the job.
You are absolutely right. The senate wont replace Sessions so fire every succeeding acting AG until you find one who isnt a contemtable swamp rat. I dont care if you end up with the night janitor as acting AG at least you would have that puke Sessions out of the way.
I would also take away Sessions’ red stapler.
The guy folded like a cardboard belt and recused when he saw his own shadow. Since then he has been too weak to even fire Obama holdovers and install his own team.
House of cards is about to come DOWN.
I could do a better job than Sessions so surely there is someone who works there who is sick to death of the corruption.
LOL, I didn’t know he had one, but I am guessing that a stapler is too much for him to handle.
