SIDS/SUDC is one of the leading causes of infant Mortality. We lose about 4000 babies/children a year.
The topic has been studied by many doctors, scientists and pathologists. They have learned a great deal about it and have begun to see commonalities in the cases studied. Hannah C. Kinney is one of the leading experts and has extensively studied the brains of children and infants who die suddenly. She has been involved with studies that prove there is involvement of the hippocampus and brainstem circuits. One study states, Approximately two-thirds of SUDC cases with hippocampal pathology have a personal and/or family history of febrile seizures, suggesting that such seizures are a risk factor for sudden death in this circumstance. There are other factors noted including brainstem neurotransmitter defects, Cardiac abnormalities, and abnormalities in the Serotonin Network.

The study referenced above lists the Environmental (Extrinsic) Factors as, Extrinsic factors associated with increased SIDS risk include prone and side sleep position, soft sleep surface and soft bedding over or under the infant, head or face covered during sleep, excess thermal insulation, bed sharing, and postnatal smoke exposure. These are concerns that have led to the Back to Sleep Campaign which promotes putting babies to sleep on their back versus their tummy. One Environmental factor that is conspicuously missing is Has the infant been recently vaccinated?
Ever heard of Agenda 21? 4-5 million people have to be cut from the herd!
Wow.
I do not trust the CDC. They are the profiteers of vaccines. To them it is more like a religion. They do not tolerate the release of any information that actually educates the public about the deaths and illnesses caused by the vaccines.
I hope Trump drains that Swamp too.
Apparently they missed the strain going around. I havent dug deeply into
the various strains this year just know that most of the PCR results were showing H3N2
I regularly plan on staying home Jan. and Feb. If I have to go out I take handi wipe and germ x in my purse and use it.
Get in fast and get out. Germ X when get in car. Wash hands when get home and unload stuff.
I also refresh my memory on foods for immune system boost, to see if there’s any I have been forgetting.
Yes indeed. My father was in your sitution. The family knew not to enter the house if someone had a sniffle. A cold would turn to pneumonia/fever quite fast. He used hospice at home. They gave him low doses of morphine to use which helped him quite a bit. It relaxed his airways enough and he struggled less. So, it actually extended his life for 7 months longer than we expected. Those were precious times and it was good to see him feeling better than he had.
I hope you stay well and I hope your family knows to stay clear if you are sick. Do you have an 02 reader (finger read). I used to run to the Fire Station to borrow theirs since my dad was stubborn about going to the hospital. So, if it was low, he’d go. But, now they sell them at CVS.
The guy who said don’t worry about heterosexual AIDS. Meanwhile, there are villages in Africa with only grandparents and grandchildren.
Here is a good article from the CDC to answer the question.
https://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/qa/vaccineeffect.htm
And as you read it you’ll see, besides giving you factors, that the best they can do is a 60% flu free environment with as low as 40%. That’s a talk around way of saying you’ve got a 50/50 chance of getting by or getting it. Sound effective to you? And the gist of the article was they could save the aged or illed from danger that are susceptible because of a weakened state or ill status. Yeah, half of them. They’re not being up front.

Youre awesome. And Med profs like you I have the utmost respect for and love.
I also think you hit the nail on the head. Too much of what is being taught is coming from commercial interests rather than strict scientific method. Drug studies often only masquerade as science. Sad to say.
It is nice to see that SOME docs are addressing nutrition. (A cool one I just learned in an N1 from caring for my elderly mom: adequate B12, and the sharp cold feeling or ache inside her knees at night stopped. Think of how many docs dont know or try things like this.)
Doc, seriously. Nutrition is no crock. See my previous for a great success in the elderly with adequate b12, which no one can have without supplementing.
We need more docs like this today!
It's not hype.
It's an outright lie.
I guess that the Pandemic of 1918 and the Hong Kong flu escaped their attention.
it’s my way of making a coherent comment
It is polite and civil to not spread germs when sick. Unfortunately we are no longer polite or civil or kind or have common sense. People have poor manners and poor hygiene. Watch people in bathrooms. Yuck. About 60% are no more than animals these days. This is one reason we rarely eat out and only at open kitchen high end restaurants.
If i own a business why would I want sick employees contaminating my customers yet no sick leave is provide for most. If it was people would call in for fun days.....
The hard thing will be to know when to self quarantine when healthy if a real nasty virus gets going.
The flu is always real; it is engineered to be. That is what the vaccine is all about.””
This explains why the H1N1 killed 50-100 million in 1918. It was the vaccine.
.
Thanks for your kindergarten post.
.
They all get vaccinated unless you have the good sense to block it.

Are you trying to look like an idiot?
Good job!
There is no way to track the deaths from 1918, but we can track the expanding exaggeration of the claims.
When I was in High School, they were claiming 150,000 deaths. The number grows every year.
I know many, many people here in Southern Oregon who are grievously ill with the flu.
It’s bad this year.

I recall you from previous posts pretending to be an expert in an area you know nothing about—the Nigerian snake oil guy.
