MLK and The Continued Erosion of Our Free Constitutional Republic

I'm not impressed with MLK, who represents federal government meddling unconstitutionally in our personal decisions including unconstitutional governmental interference in our freedom of choice ("discrimination").

The Constitution prohibits the feds from interfering or meddling in our "civil rights" (Amendment I). The MLK movement turned the Constitution on its ear allowing the feds to do just the opposite of constitutional prohibitions: federal interference and meddling in our "civil rights". MLK represents more unconstitutional federal acts and laws.

The only way MLK could have impressed me is if he had limited his demands to overturning state and regional Jim Crow laws and election practices which really DID prevent blacks from voting.

Everything else attacked the Constitution.

They’ve made a mockery of the various “civil rights” acts and ordinances. “NO person” should mean just that . . . NO PERSON

That whites (and often Asians are discriminated against by corporate and even our own governments is all the reason to kick out racially pandering politicians, deans, CEOs and the like.

50+ years is far long enough for peoples to either put up or STFU

Right, but that's the feds job according to Amendment XIV. You don't need MLK to do that.

MLK represents unconstitutional federal meddling way beyond unconstitutional state law.

Tear down these historical monuments and street signs. MLK was a preacher and no religious monuments are allowed on public grounds. Tear them down now.

With all the popular hoopla over MLK Day, I haven’t seen anything yet about how Ronald W. Reagan made the day possible. Apparently some misinformed Reagan advisors told him that signing MLK Day would allow him to split the black vote in 1984 with Walter Mondale. Didn’t quite happen!!

Is it true that cities have to send annual payments to the King Center if they name a street for MLK? The center holds copyrights on MLK memorabilia.

That is THE definitive statement of our constitutionally-protected rights. The Constitution does NOT give us our rights, it PROTECTS them. And our God-given,constitutionally-protected rights are ALL ABOUT freedom.

Black and Hispanic unemployment rate is the lowest it’s been in decades
thanks to Trump.
I think MLK would be pleased about that.

And this business owner deserves an IRS audit.
And a visit from ICE to make sure he is not employing illegals.

So what? The only power fourteenth amendment gives the feds to enforce is prohibiting state segregation laws. That’s it. The MLK thing has obviously gone much further than that. The fourteenth amendment has been perverted by the Left way beyond the intent of its ratifiers.

Again I do Not understand why13-15% of our USA citizens are dictating to the remaining 85%. Yes, tear those statues down and reject Eubonics and discrimination or any racially oriented BS.
