Bunkerville Standoff: Cliven Bundy Speaks Out, Ryan Payne Is Not Free

"You don't understand what it's like unless you spend 700 days in one of their prisons. You don't find out until you stand up against the wall with your face towards that wall with your face towards that wall and you answer every question every one or they'll shove your face into that wall. That's how they treat people. That's how they treat 'We the People'. That's not how 'We the People' of America are going to be treated anymore....."

Cliven Bundy talks about being a political prisoner in the USA at Bundy Ranch 1/9/2018

Cliven Bundy just described the kind of treatment prisoners got in Joseph Stalin's jails but now he is free to talk about it.

Cliven Bundy will be at 400 South Martin Luther King Boulevard in Las Vegas today at 1pm local time to speak outside the office of the Clark County Sheriff and to speak against the failure of local authority to take a stand against federal authority. Friends and supporters are urged to be there.

Bad weather cancelled the appearance yesterday but that didn't stop Mr. Bundy from speaking out about how local authority should be managing lands in the West, not federal authority. It didn't stop Cliven Bundy from talking about his experience in prison and his lack of bitterness towards the federal government.

Bundy expressed his frustration at the notion of any farmer signing a contract for grazing on federal land. He said they shouldn't because the federal government should not be recognized as the owner of the land.

He gave credit to his "Heavenly Father" for his journey to freedom.

Videos were recorded at Bundy Ranch of his comments yesterday and those of his eldest son, Ammon and posted on the "JGrady" account on You Tube.

Meanwhile, Ryan Payne, the fourth defendant whose charges were dismissed by Judge Gloria Navarro Monday still faces sentencing in Oregon after his conviction in the second rigged Oregon Standoff trial.

Their trial was the first "Bundy related" trial where we saw the prosecutors and judge trying to manipulate what was said and how many witnesses allowed, evidence etc. to ensure convictions of defendants.

At a phone hearing yesterday in Las Vegas, it was agreed that Ryan Payne, currently on a GPS monitor, will surrender himself to federal authorities in Portland by Noon tomorrow. He will have a hearing January 23rd with sentencing set for February 27th.

Meanwhile we still have no firm word on what the Justice Department will do in response to the dismissal of charges by Judge Navarro for the four defendants on Monday. Defense lawyers said in the weeks before her decision they expected an appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Also, Judge Navarro is now indicating that the four men not tried yet over Bunkerville can go to trial February 26th. With all the evidence now released, she sees no reason that Dave Bundy, Mel Bundy, Joe O'Shaugnessy and Jason Woods cannot go on trial then.

Looks like prison has made Mr. Bundy more determined than ever, so how much was all that toughness worth anyway besides smacking of Soviet tactics.

Having the prisoners face the wall was what they did at places like Lubyanka Prison in Moscow in the USSR.

How did the USSR end up?

*************

I guess the question is was it harsh enough to get Cliven in
the mood to now pay his back grazing fees? I believe they
are still unpaid.

Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy reportedly owes more than $1.3 million in grazing fees to the U.S. Bureau of Land Management for allowing his cattle to feed on federal land without permission.

But documents obtained by the Las Vegas Sun show Bundy tried to pay his debt — at least once. He just sent the check to the wrong government agency.

A check for $1,961.47 was issued to Clark County in March 1994 with the intention of clearing the Bunkerville rancher of grazing fees owed from March 1993 through that date. The check was returned with instruction to send it to the BLM, which he stopped paying after federal officials restricted grazing on the 500,000-acre, open-range Bunkerville Allotment to protect the endangered Desert Tortoise species.

The date is consistent with what federal officials say is when Bundy began allowing his livestock to graze on the land illegally, and the amount he paid to the county was the same that he owed the BLM for that one-year time period.

Did Bundy Owe Millions? See For Yourself!

According to this article. Total trespass fees were only $8,815.50. Administrative Fees added to this are $283,776.00 Add a $10.00 Service fee and the total comes to $292,601.50. This is well below the reported amount of over a million dollars!

The majority of the bill is "administrative fees. 1/4 million dollars on one bill of less than $2000.

This wasn't about his cows eating free grass.

The feds had driven every other ranch out of business and taken their land.

The Bundys are the last ones standing.

You have to lace em up every morning or do you just sleep in them? I am talking about your Jackboots. Cliven tried to pay the state of Nevada. Read all of Nextrush’s blog. Edjumicate your fascist self. Friggin idiot. Harry Reed was behind this Sh!tstorm that hit the Bundys as were mineral rights and the Chinese. I feel a lot like the little boy in the 6th Sense movie but all I see are dumb people.

Read Nextrush’s blog. It is all laid out there. Be prepared for your fists to clench as well as your jaw and your brow to furl in anger at these land grabbing jackasses/boots. But wait it gets better. When you see what the prosecutors did you will scream in anger and rage. You will seethe with rage for months. You will be madder than a snake with it’s tail stepped on once you are educated about this whole travesty. Go forth and read, and I did warn you. You are going to be pissed. Bundy owes butkis. The government owes him a groveling apology and free grazing rights in perpetuity.

This whole situation has me on the boil.
This is about abuse of power and the Federal Government crushing dissent. Its also about the connected using their power to usurp land rights for personal gain.
This is not about a Government for the People & by the People.

Check was rejected. He sent it to the state and not the feds. States rights issue. Edjumikate padowan. Edjumikate. BLM were taking land left, right and center. Was a federal land grab. Either edjumikate or go back to DU.
