I was deep in the desert in the morning taking care or “nature” last summer when a coyote literally walked by less than 10 feet away. He stopped and he and I looked at each other for a few minutes but neither of us made any aggressive moves. Then he just trotted off. Pretty and obviously well fed fellow.. last years rains caused an explosion in the bunny rabbit population...it was rabbit proof fence all over again
