My two sons watched my wife divorce me, as did my daughter (obviously).
My sons may never have kids as a result. Interesting to hear them talk about it.
My daughter just got dumped by a guy who sensed he was becoming emotionally dependent.

I think older kids and adult kids have far more difficulty when parents split as they have a history with both parents....they never fully heal.
