AMMON BUNDY SAYS NEW US ATTORNEY DECISIONS WILL SEND UNEQUIVOCAL MESSAGE AS TO WHETHER TRUMP IS A MAN OF THE PEOPLE OR A FEDERAL SUPREMACIST ("NATIONALIST" IN HIS TERMINOLOGY)

"......Myhre and Scheiss (prosecutors)....they are Republicans....its a very political position they are in....."

"......Myhre was not demoted.....he's still the First Assistant US Attorney......now this Dayle however you say her name....the US Attorney for the Nevada District....she was appointed by the Trump Administration through Jeff Sessions....."

Bunkerville defendant Ammon Bundy speaks with Kelli Stewart 1/4/2018 on Facebook

Texas federal prosecutor Dayle Elieson takes over today in Las Vegas as Interim US Attorney for Nevada. She was one of 17 US Attorney appointments made by Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Bryan Hyde, who has posted videos in support of the Bunkerville defendants, reports in a video posted yesterday that notice has been given of a new prosecutor being added to the team in the Bunkerville case.

Steven Myhre has been assisted by Assistant US Attorneys Daniel Scheiss and Nadia Ahmed. Now it appears a fourth prosecutor is being added. Maybe a prosecutor will be removed is one thing that Hyde speculated about but has no specific information at this time.

Speaking with activist and supporter Kelli Stewart late last evening, Ammon Bundy noted that once Judge Navarro makes her decision on Monday about the future course of the case, Dayle Elieson will have to decide the next move. Her decision will send a signal as to which side the Trump Administration is on in regards to Bunkerville.

"If Navarro rules 'without prejudice' (to dismiss charges)....and we are eligible to be retried then that means it is to this US Attorney Dayle Elieson and if she decides to try us then that is very telling of whether the Trump Administration is our friend or not, of whether the Trump Administration is our friend or not, of whether President Trump is a friend of the people or whether he is a nationalist (federal supremacist)"

"...there's no if's and's or but's about it if Navarro decides to allow us to be retried and the US prosecutors now under the Trump Administration decides to retry us.....then there's unequivocally no room for dispute whether Trump is our friend or not...."

"The jury is out.....I want to believe he is for us..."

"If he is I am extremely grateful and fully support him. But there's a lot of things that have on that have made me concerned....One is that I have received personally, my family has received more tyranny and more suffering under the Trump Administration than we did as far as being prosecuted than we did under the Obama Administration...."

".....Look at all that has happened in the last year as far as the trials....every single trial has been under the Trump Administration"

In his comments, Ammon Bundy noted that all three trials

Often when I post about Bunkerville, many replies pin the tail on the donkey asserting that the Obama, Hillary, Harry Reid the "dirty Democrats" are the problem, in fact they are the one and only problem.

If Harry Reid's protege Judge Gloria Navarro dismisses this case with prejudice on Monday scuttling the charges she will have done a good thing for the Bundys and the Bunkerville Defendants.

As far as a key figure in Bunkerville who's suffered for it is concerned, he's trying to pin down whether the Republicans and or President Trump are on his side.

And so far the answer is a "No" and what happens with the new Sessions appointed US Attorney in Nevada will send a definitive message to him as to whether the "elephants" (RINO's) and President Trump are the problem, too in this country regarding Bunkerville.

Trump is not on the Bundy’s side. Period. End of story.

Myhre didn’t get demoted true, but he blew the shot at a promotion.

I wish Mr. Bundy well, but I am not going to base my opinions about Donald Trump on his beliefs.

As someone who is 100 percent behind Donald J. Trump I would simply say these people have suffered in the this case.

The 19 men in the Bundy Ranch thing, Bunkerville, were jailed without bail like terrorists at Gitmo.

The Bundy’s were beaten and confined in solitary by their warders.

They were told at the courthouse in Las Vegas to put their noses on the wall and when they didn’t comply quickly enough in their leg and arm chains unable to move fast enough, the federal marshals shoved them around and kicked their legs.

Having the prisoners face the wall was just like the Commies did in the USSR and this was done by US Marshals in the USA.

I saw a video from Ted Nugent and Sheriff Richard Mack back in July urging patience in this and other matters. Well, here we are six months later and squat.

God Bless President Trump but he needs to do something about this pronto.

The Republican prosecutors and that is their political affiliation according to Ammon Bundy, Mr. Myhre and Mr. Scheiss are in the same boat by your explanation of things since they rigged and manipulated the evidence in this trial in an outrageous way.

It was even outrageous to the Democrat judge who hates the Bundy’s and their supporters and she said so.

I am tending to agree with you but Martin Luther King was very gentle but firm with John F. Kennedy over the race issue.

When Kennedy wouldn’t budge because he needed the “Sheets” Democrats down South to win elections, Dr. King led protests designed to get people arrested and jailed drawing attention to the race issue.

At Birmingham in 1963, the protestors came out of the “Free Speech Area” (sort of like the one at Bunkerville).

When the six and seven year old kids did it, Bull Connors guys were so shocked that the adults snuck around and got into downtown past Connor’s cordon.

2400 arrested in those protests including 1100 children.

It changed history, turned Kennedy upside down and caused JFK to get the FBI on MLK’s “case”.

I hope we aren’t headed for that with Bundy and Trump, but its in God’s hands, not mine.

My friend there is no parallel between MLK and the Bundy’s. Different time, different politics and race is a dog whistle subject - even then, Bundy’s fight not so much.

Bundy led a non violent protest in Oregon in early 2016 and that the FBI ambushed protesters on the highway with LaVoy Finicum being killed and Ryan Bundy injured.

No violence at Bunkerville from the Bundy side but feds tasing Ammon Bundy, beating up Dave Bundy and knocking down Margaret Houston in the days leading to the April 12, 2014 standoff.

The federal land control in the West as its screws have tightened since the BLM was started in 1960 just the screws of Jim Crow racism tightening in the South over the decades in the late 1800’s to around 1900.

The federal land policies impoverish the farmers and ranchers preventing them from making a living just like the racial policies kept black people from the better jobs in the South.

“..back in July urging patience in this and other matters. Well, here we are six months later and squat.”.......

I see this entire mess and related trials, re-trial and further delays as a way to eventually “break” the Bundy’s and their supporters with the federal government eventually out spending them. The end game being all for the purpose of getting that Bundy land. Seems that’s where this fiasco all started way back when.......

If Chief U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro dismisses the case with prejudice, her career is over.

I know and understand. I was closely monitoring the Bunkerville event and actually was in the truck headed there when the Feds gave the cattle back.

Bundy’s are not the hill to doe on. .gov overreach is the issue. If Trump knows anything about this event it most likely was that a bunch of rabble rousers took up arms against a lawful court ordered Federal operation. Trunp doesn’t get the Western lands issue. Zinke on the other hand is sympathetic.

Why didn’t Zinke meet the Bundy Family when he visited earlier this year?

Carol Bundy (Cliven’s wife) says that Zinke has the authority to withdraw the charges in the first place since Bureau of Land Management at Interior is behind them.

I don’t see Zinke, who approved scaled back national monuments seizing Western land and locking it up as a friend of farmers and ranchers.

Doing a little of what Obama planned to do is not a victory for President Trump or the people of this country.

If you are peaceful and get murdered like MLK or the three civil rights workers in 1964, who is wrong and who is right?

LaVoy Finicum was murdered in 2016. Who was wrong and who is right?

The scaled back national monument issue was a win. It was happening no matter what even if the courts did it. Some ranching friends of mine are poised to be very rich from oil leases released by the Trump admin. I call that a big win for the people of Nevada. As long as you take the all or nothing perspective you will be disappointed.

Once again this is about ,gov being out of control. MLK was killed by a nut job. LaVoy was killed by out of control LEO'S at a illegal roadblock. There is no comparison.

Zinke refused to meet the Bundy family when he visited Nevada and instead was talking to the anti-Bundy environmentalists who drove all of the Bundy’s neighbors out of business.

His decision to keep part of Obama’s national monument project at Gold Butte is flat out wrong and looks like a sop to the leftist environmentalists who have been among the enemies of the Bundy’s over the years.
