I know Phil was a touchy feely guy of the left, but he actually had on interesting guests. I used to watch his show in the 80s. And in more recent times, I’ve seen his program with Ayn Rand, Milton Friedman, and Rolf Mengele.
Most folks in the Psych field I have ever known are nuts.

Try again Chode it’s worth it. What really is hard? The men on stage against Judith. So sleazy I need to take a bath in Fels Naptha. Towards the end, Phil “calms down” after he sees the data for himself. and there was a “news break” of Pres Bush interferring.
Still the people in the crowd? Some of them got it and some of them still against Judith and her message and that is what is shocking. They see the truth yet they turn a blind eye.
It’s worth watching on how Judith just takes everyone down.
I never watched his show and in fact this is the first show of his have watched from start to finish.

I would actually stay home and watch Crossfire with him, but loathed the Jerry Sprigerish nature of Donohues show.
Never cared for Donahue or Springer. Really Springer did not get trashy until what Reveria did in the late 80’s. Was all down hill from there.
Now we have Muary et al.
Still though, love the way Judith held her own on this show. Gave them all a bitchslap and she did not back down. Oh this episode is so worth it.
i watched about 1/2 of it, but that slimy guy on the right and the enema nozzle what said he was the photographer and donahue always talking over her/cutting her off, i’m done

I think the worst fight we ever had was when I was 18, paying rent and did not inform him I was going 65 mi away to see Frank Zappa.
I never did get to explain to him that ZAPPA was mocking these people

I never understood Donahue! Not as a kid or an adult.
Can give Oprah come credit at first she was good. In the 80’s and 90’s she had a decent show. Towards the end? She got weird as did Sally Jessy what ever her name was.
