Which is why a lot of the Republicans from those states voted against the bill. I don’t think it will save them though. Would not surprise me to see Democrats gain in New York, New Jersey, Illinois, and California.
Those states have extremely high property taxes. And I say that living in Massachusetts.
“Would not surprise me to see Democrats gain in New York, New Jersey, Illinois, and California.”
How much more can they gain in these deep blue states. Any so called Republican congre$$it, aka Rino in these states voted against the tax bill.
Here are the RINOs That Voted Against Tax Cuts!
So if we lost everyone of these so called congressits, we lose nothing!
Does anyone besides me see a pattern below:
Dana Rohrabacher of California
Darrell Issa of California
Walter B. Jones of North Carolina
Frank A. LoBiondo of New Jersey
Christopher H. Smith of New Jersey
Leonard Lance of New Jersey
Rodney Frelinghuysen of New Jersey
Lee Zeldin of New York
Peter T. King of New York
Dan Donovan of New York
John J. Faso of New York

Time to dump them like old reeking garbage~!
I believe it is true that taxpayers in these states were “leaching” off the rest of the low tax states; ie. sending fewer dollars to DC because of their overly-genenrous deductions, placing the burden on the rest of us.
