The AR-10 is my dream firearm. Can’t even begin to afford one.. As the Dude said: build it yourself. If you can assemble a .223 AR, you can do a .308. DPMS pattern is easier and more plentiful to find than Armalite AR10. Only a few tools are different. I use an action bar that locks into the barrel extension lugs for torquing these days, rather than the ole style receiver clamps.
