I’ve been discussing the poison tree as a very real legal issue. If Flynn’s unmasking was improper and ultimately proven illegal, all the evidence uncovered as a result can be excluded from court. True there was a warrant but it was improperly obtained.

And it begs the questions...
- If Flynn had legal representation, they should have thought of this. For that matter, they would have advised leading the 5th to every damn question from the FBI. One has zero obligation to answer their questions.
- If Flynn didn’t think he needed legal representation in talking with the FBI, he’s got to be one of the dumbest SOBs in the country.
- The only other explanation is Flynn was a plant used by the Deep State to try and ensnare the Trump campaign in illegal activity. His guilty plea is then nothing but a fraud in the ongoing attempt to destroy Trump by any means necessary.
Flynn has pled guilty, knowing that that estopped him from raising any such appeal. Why? I dunno. Could be a very interesting question . . .
