Tuesday's activities at the third Bunkerville Standoff trial in Las Vegas started with US District Judge Gloria Navarro and the prosecution and defense lawyers in the courtroom.
The hearing they were holding was to discuss motions related to the trial.
A juror's summons to another court delayed the jury from being present for trial itself to continue.
The lead prosecutor, Acting US Attorney Steven Myhre, was outraged over what Cliven Bundy's defense lawyer Bret Whipple said in court yesterday about a BLM agent trying to bribe a Bundy in-law to become an informant.
Myhre spoke of "inflammatory, unfounded claims"........

Interesting comment, after the soliloquy I heard yesterday on Federal Prosecutors getting their ticket punched at the expense of those being prosecuted. I believe it was on the Limbaugh show, and not flattering of the run of the mill prosecutor. The boys in this case are surely NOT run of the mill. Rush’s comments were not related in any way to the Bundy trial that I could tell.
Law school axiom; If you have the facts, argue the facts; If you have the Law, argue the Law; If you have neither, scream and shout!
This entire train wreck is a classic example of poor trail and poor case management.
It high time to call an end to this fiasco.

This farce, kangaroo trial by the slimy federal fascists needs to be shut down - NOW!
