I don’t know whether working “with” China is the approach we should take.
Granted it is a large improvement over everything both parties have done for the entire last GENERATION, bat someone, at some point needs to stand up for AMERICAN companies, in America again.
I mean good, But still.
The American workers will cash their paychecks (paid in US dollars) and spend most of it in American businesses and support their American families with the proceeds. Whether Americans, Chinese or Martians own the plant doesn’t make much difference to them.
When one is unemployed and looking for a job one cannot be too particular. Working for a Chinese company, being paid in dollars, may be the best solution in a horrible situation.
