And YOU are a breeder ( 27 and 6, or is it now 7 kids ) and I don't want to pay for your kids, your mortgage, nor anything else, since you are nothing but an uneducated ( and one can actually learn on ones own; kid ! ),greedy, class-warfare Millennial.

Real "TAX CUTS" are cuts for EVERYONE and this POS thing isn't.And kid...YOU AREN'T SUBSIDIZING ANYTHING; THAT'S JUST A STUPID, BS TALKING POINT TO GET DUMB PEOPLE LIKE YOU TO BE FOR THIS CRAP SANDWICH !

Want to know how I know that YOU are dumb and uneducated?

You imagine that people can actually get the governments of high tax states to lower taxes! That's worse than believing in the tooth fairy!

Well I went through this also so say you made 130000.00 taxable household income.

Old plan: 130000
Exemptions: -16200
Deduction: -24000
Taxable Inc: 89800.00
(79000.00 * .15) + (10800 * .28) = 11850 + 3024 = 14874.00
Child Credit: -1500
Total Taxes due in Old Plan = $13374.00

New Plan: 130000
Deduction: -24000
Taxable Inc: 106000.00
(90000 * .12) + (16000 * .25) = 10800 + 4000 = 14800.00
Child Credit: -3200
Total Taxes due in New Plan: $11600.00

It does work out and one of the major reasons if you have children is the tax credit per child went up to $1600/per with no phase out until like 250000.

Your personal attacks aside I personally don’t care what the cesspool of a state that you live in does with their tax rates. I don’t want to be subsidizing them. Period.

My family didn’t move to Wyoming so we could be indirectly subsidizing support for illegal aliens, abortion, gun control, and etc. in the authoritarian leftist states.

By the way the epithet “breeder” is typically reserved for use by leftists and homosexuals.

I’d ask which one are you but that would be rude.

Maybe he should tell the older Conservatives here, with health problems ( especially this site’s founder ), that they don’t “deserve” to be able to have a medical deduction and he’ll piss on them happily, too.

Not fair!

How can California afford to supply welfare to half of Mexico if that happens?

Which they may or may NOT be able to do.

The worst part of the SALT subsidy going to these parasite states is giving it to the businesses there.
Many businesses would expand or move to low tax states, spreading jobs.

It’s just an awful policy.

Eliminating the Federal subsidy of high-tax states will cause their voters to demand lower state taxes

Ideally that would be the case. In reality, it just means that the minority working segment of that state will become even more burdened by the state. I am in the middle income conservative working class hetero-sexual married male minority in CA for the present. My taxes under the new plan will go up dramatically. My voice means nothing in CA elections. I am trying to relocate but until then this plan does hurt me.

Elect politicians that will run their states more responsibly and lower taxes.

Psssssssssssssssssssssst...there are RED states, Texas being one of them, with no state income tax, but many areas in that state have HIGH property taxes, that are now capped for deductions, and states like Florida ( also no state taxes ) also have some extremely high property taxes as well as a LOT of old, sick people, who can no longer deduct medical expenses.

It's patently obvious that you are bereft of any factual knowledge, as well as incapable of common sense and the ability to reason.

Kid...I'm neither a lefty nor an homosexual; however, since YOU use lefty BS to be FOR this crap sandwich, I decided to also use a bit of their language/code words for YOU!

And talk about living in a "cesspool"...that's where YOU chose to live.

“It’s patently obvious that you are bereft of any factual knowledge, as well as incapable of common sense and the ability to reason.”

Given your propensity to form your arguments from your emotions and your propensity to circumvent a discussion by attacking my source (Forbes) and then attacking my intelligence, wisdom, and cognitive capacities I will ask you this direct question:

How long have you been a Democrat?

Whatever you've drunk, shot up, ingested...it must be very powerful to give you such delusions! LOL

When we moved here, there was NO state income taxes. Then, the damned RINO governor decided that he would "lower" the sales tax and put in a state income tax. Yeah...voting GOP worked SO well...NOT!

And FYI...many states with low or no state taxes have VERY high property taxes. Chew on that for a while. :-)
