Why don’t you use lower case or Title Case instead of upper case all caps? You are the only one on FR doing this for titles, ridiculous. Well, about as much as trying to make heros out of these folks.

All Caps were in the original. He is reproducing actual title per FR guidelines, and avoiding possible typo by using cut and paste, most likely.
