we really don’t know what Sessions is really up to, so, just doin some “what if” here...

you could move Pruitt to AG - probably would be a stronger AG based on his recent history...he wouldn’t need to be confirmed. Move Sessions to EPA, he wouldn’t need to be confirmed...once there (if he went there) he would probably resign.

You could also dust off John Bolton to lead an investigation...he certainly has the creds. - he previously was Assistant Attorney General at DOJ under Reagan\Bush
