Late today, US District Judge Gloria M. Navarro decided to keep Ammon Bundy in jail but reversed her decision last week releasing Ryan Bundy to a halfway house. Ryan Bundy will defend himself during the trial.
Maxine Bernstein of "OregonLive" tweets that the government apparently made "misrepresentations" at last week's detention hearing.
In another tweet, Bernsetein said "odd that Judge Navarro didn't explain her decision now to release Ryan Bundy...just said it as an aside".
In open court, there was debate over the evidence between lead prosecutor Acting US Attorney Steve Myhre and defense lawyers........

One of my biggest disappointments with the Trump administration is that they have allowed this travesty of justice to continue.
Washington is disappointing....Sessions a joke....he praised this prosecutor on July 12th for his “leadership” in the case when Sessions visited Las Vegas.
President Donald Trump needs to clean it up with pardons immediately.
