This was 4 years ago. I'm betting they upgraded now. In any case if Mandalay didn't, that is going to be part of a lawsuit.

If they don't it's probably because the high rollers don't want to have the prostitutes shown, and if he used the service elevator there would be a camera to prevent theft.

Not to add to the 4th floor shooter story but one of those hotel registration sites had a comment dated a few years ago stating the Mandalay’s windows had a small strip that allowed fresh air in.

Sorry, that was several days ago and I didn’t bother to bookmark it but it had been linked on FR.
