And in the Taxi cab recording (the taxi was parked by Mandalay Bay at the beginning of the shooting and had a camera - probably for safety reasons) there is a distant set of gun shots and a very close sounding group of shots.

Yes there are gunshots coming from different directions, one from directly above the taxi and another farther from the taxi.

Interesting that Youtube makes one sign up to see that video now, even though there is no "death" in it at anytime.

I noticed that also. One set of shots very loud and another set very faint in comparison. At that moment I thought there are two shooters.

Plus, where’s all the brass on the floor? The floor should be covered with brass after a couple thousand rounds being fired.

That one (from MB taxi station) is pretty clear, especially explained with the WAV visuals.

The one from under the bleachers also - pretty obvious there are two consistent sounds. The professional editor doing the WAV analysis proves that it’s not an echo, by demonstrating the one perfect capture by the cab driver that WAS an echo.
