I listen to Rush pretty regularly and have not heard him attack the tax plans, except to show exasperation that Trump is backing off his original numbers (from 15% cap now to 25%).
Perhaps you van enlighten me when this occurred? Or is that what you mean?

It was a week or so ago, and he repeated it over several days, saying the tax cut wouldn’t work because it wouldn’t cut taxes to the wealthiest Americans.
He hasn’t mentioned it this week, though, because ALL he seems to want to talk about are the meaningless jocks in the NFL for hours every day.
Oh come on. You know I meant we voted and gave them all 3 branches......just like they asked us to do.
You know what I meant also...Vote OUT the people who resist Trump helping the American people...

Off and on. Every time I turned it on, he was going on about the NFL or the media misreporting something he said yesterday that didn’t make any sense in the first place.
I only heard him bring up the NFL once today and that was in reference to President Trump’s tweet...
He talked quite a bit about the President’s interview with Hannity last night and his tax proposals...
BTW, his discussion on the tax proposals was all positive...
