Harvey’s wife was complicit in all of this.
He told his targets that it was ok with his wife and he blacklisted actresses who didn’t have his wife make their awards gowns.

I have the same question. That sentence jumped out at me too.
Aside the joy over the stupid pride flag, the sentence you highlighted is a damn joke.
