I just heard RAUNER’S “reasoning” on the radio a few moments ago. He wanted to “take the abortion issue off the table.” (Out of sight, out of mind?) He had an opportunity to VETO HB40, which includes free partial birth abortions up to the time of delivery, but this law also defines a baby in the womb as a NON-HUMAN.
RAUNER is EVIL along with the DEMOCRATS who passed the bill.
