A tastefully done nude woman sculpture is not offensive. However, it does not belong on the national mall and 50 feet tall. It should be in an art gallery or museum and of normal height and stature.
The human form is not offensive. Artists make things with the human form be it nude or clothed that are quite beautiful. They also make offensive things and sometimes the offensiveness is intentional. That I do not like.
