Governor Bruce Rauner was already in a difficult position being a Republican Governor in a state that is massively blue, but his decision to sign into law HB40 which will expand public funding for abortion, including Medicaid recipients might just be political suicide.
Given that Rauner, back in April, promised that he would veto the bill, support from Conservatives is fast draining away from him. Conservative Republican state Rep. David McSweeney launched an immediate attack on the Governor, saying: Bruce Rauner is a failed governor who continues to lie to the people of the state of Illinois. He told us on April 14 he would veto it, and obviously he broke his promise, just like he broke his promise to cut taxes.

We have to turn out of office Republicans who are really undocumented Democrats wearing R jerseys.
There are a lot of them.
Alexander, Corker, Flake, Graham, Hatch, Heller, Hoeven, Murkowsky, McCain, Rubio, Gardner, Burr, Tillis, Portman, McConnell, Thune, Cornyn, Cochran, Isackson, Blunt, Johnson, Toomey, Capito, Rounds, Fischer, Collins, Wicker, Sasse, Ernst, Young, Boozman and Shelby are all undocumented Democrats in R jerseys.
Now I’m not saying you’re wrong, and I’m ready to get rid of em, but we need to be prepared to lose some RINO seats to dems in order to get more real conservatives in office.
But the Lord hates a coward.
Let’s do it NOW while we can afford to lose a few seats and still get our SC picks in.
Illinois is lost
Get out as fast as you can.
We won’t lose seats, that’s a red herring the Cheap Labor Express has been using for years.
Is Alabama really going to vote for a Democrat who supports abortion?
Will Tennessee go for an amnesty Democrat?
Utah will give us Mitt if we don’t like Orrin.
Arizona? (they might, they elected McCain after multiple amnesty attempts)

If their request is denied, then they should leave and let the state drown in its own misery.
just so I can track any developments:
what would the name of this new state be?
Somewhere in Heaven, Jesus is crying.
I’m not well versed in what we hold where regarding senate seats. Wont lie.
Wisconsin? Arizona? Will we break even by pushing REAL conservatives in some places?
And dont call me a red herring. :)
Have to look the origins of that one up
Not just Southern Illinois, but every county with the exception of Cook County should form a new state.
Arizona is likely to throw out Flake and elect a real conservative, Kelli Ward.
Tammy Baldwin, D-WI is up in 2018, should be a pickup if the GOP fields the right candidate.
Tennessee should elect a conservative, Corker who isn’t one is retiring. Their RINO Gov. is thinking about running, he needs to be discouraged or beaten if he does. The secret to it is only one other R running against the RINO in the primary.
We have to get them out before they give away the country.
