Upon first impressions, Tally Spear's new song 'Days Like These' reminds me of a younger sounding Amy MacDonald, (minus the Scottish accent) and the raw innocence of Elena Tonra who fronts the indie folk band, Daughter.
The 21-year-old singer has been inspired by her Fathers folk collection which comprised of the great musicians of the 1960s, including Bob Dylan and Neil Young. Days Like These is a beautifully sung poem, accompanied by simple guitar chords, a clappable drum beat, and tuneful harmonica.

Look up Morgan James, for example. She covers everything, has a close to 4 octave range and is touring. Example cover I like, Dream On by Journey.
We have to guess her politics and that’s a good thing.
