Hyuandai... can’t even ripoff the name properly. Low end car maker.

It’s well known amongst automotive suppliers that the luxury car makers put “stupid tech” on those vehicles to get real world experience in order to assess it’s usefulness across the board. They consider luxury car buyers to be suckers who are motivated mainly by ego who never question anything and just write the check. The rest of their customers are far more discerning.

No, this incorrect. Like most other South Korean manufacturers, Hyundai has improved steadily over the years and they now make quality, well-priced cars. I don't own one, but I'd have no problem buying one over a Honda - both are outstanding brands with fine quality and safety (very similar grades for both by JD Power).

You haven’t driven one recently. Both Kia and Hyundai make some very nice rides

One barrage from the NorKs and Hyundai is out of business.

All three Hyundai autos I've owned are still on the road. One with well north of 100,000 miles and it's over 10 years old. By the way, Hyundai actually means forward-looking. It's a real word in Korean.

I’ve owned two Kia’s, Hyundai’s twin.

they were both excellent cars.

I would buy either brand without hesitation.

Solid vehicles and they aren’t as over-proud of their vehicles when it comes to pricing. These days, customers are getting ripped off by a lot just paying for a name when the vehicle isn’t any better/more reliable than it’s “low end car maker” products.
