And I do think Moore will roundly defeat him.

*************

I think the outcome may hinge on how successful Strange is in
getting crossover democrats to vote for him in the runoff.

There’s that pesky crossover factor again, that allows Dems in states not requiring party registration to vote for the perceived weaker Republican.

Or like here in South Carolina, where crossovers keep reelecting Flimsey Tinkerbelle to the Senate.

I’m pulling for Judge Moore, and I hope the `Bubba factor’ gets him elected.

Crossover RATS will play a part in the election, for sure.

However, I know, just like Nov 2016, God is watching this. A year ago I think God chose Donald Trump. Now, a year later, I think God has chosen Judge Moore.

You cannot vote in both primaries. If you voted in the dem primary, you cannot then vote in the republican one. Unlike NY, Ca, Chicago, and other liberal bastions, Alabama election officials are not as naive or as crooked as the ones in those liberal bastions.

There is nothing that will save Strange, the writing was on the wall for his political defeat the moment Moore put his hat in the ring.

In Mississippi any rules about not voting in the R runoff were overlooked as the people lined up at polling places controlled by the GOPe.

This process could IMHO repeat itself especially in Democrat rich Jefferson County (Birmingham) with the RINO’s there who held back their precincts in the first round until late like the Democrats do here in PA with Philadelphia.
