No link to flying duck.
One day I was bicycle commuting next to I-405 between bellevue and renton on an asphalt bike path near the freeway and a woodpecker (about 10-12 inches long) flew right next to my right foot for about a hundred yards. It was amazing. I’m looking down on this bird flapping away, matching my speed, with his wingtip barely missing my foot. I’ll never forget it.
At the risk of seeming rude, which risk is trumped by a requisite search for the truth...
...I ask you, do you have a wooden leg?
;^)
Nice one. :)
It’s a duck - duck!
I’ve had butterflies ride the wind wave of my Motor home much like dolphins ride the bow wave of a ship.
