The language of Rev 18 echoes that of Jeremiah 25. Compare them! Jeremiah 25 is clearly not talking about Rome.

‘Scarlet’ [is] the color of the Beast and the Harlot, and also of the Dragon [Rev. 12:3], [and] is the color of the Papacy."

The Pope's coat of arms have no scarlet in them; their colors are silver and gold.

The Cardinal’s hats and robes are scarlet.”

The Jewish High Priest wore both scarlet and purple. Look it up.

Then read about how long ago (about 530 BCE) this was prophesied :

But "THE GREAT WHORE" IS mentioned in the Bible.
SATAN HIMSELF has mislead many, and will deceiveth the whole world.
My guess is that he will do it through that church, or AS MANY CHURCHES AS HE CAN !

Everyone is responsible for their OWN ACTIONS, and will answer for them.

Was it ME who ENFORCED Canon 29 ?

WHY did our Heavenly Father THROUGH JESUS CHRIST (John 1:2) KILL all those people and cities in the Old Testament ?
Was it NOT because of their religion that they REFUSED to OBEY GOD and OBEY HIS COMMANDMENTS ?

Over his cassock the Pope will wear a lace rochet. Over the rochet is worn the red Papal mozzetta, a shoulder cape that has a collar and is buttoned all the way down the front.
The red color is a vestige from the days when scarlet was the Papal color
(white only became associated with the papacy after the Napoleonic wars).
The Papal mozzetta had a small hood on the back, which disappeared after Vatican II but has recently been restored.
