Point well taken ... as for my DACA angst, the next time I'm asked to sit on a jury, I'm going to tell the judge, "since this local jurisdiction won't assist the federal Gov't in enforcing Immigration Laws, I'm not going to assist this jurisdiction in enforcing ANY law - I'm not going to find anyone guilty ..."
I’m big and rough looking so they always dismiss me from jury duty right off the bat. LOL
I tell them what I like best about being on a jury is out we don’t like the law we get to change it... Not on many juries. Judge said you know that’s not true. I smiled oh yes it is dont be naive your honor
