DACA has long been seen by those vociferously opposed to illegal immigration as Obama’s greatest betrayal of the American people—it is de facto amnesty. For those not familiar with DACA, here is the run-down: DACA was an executive order signed by President Obama in June 2012 that allowed all illegal aliens who arrived in America before they were aged 16 to apply for legal work permits, Social Security numbers, driver’s licenses, and made them eligible for earned income tax credits. Enrollment must be renewed every two years.
Since 2012, nearly 800,000 illegal aliens have taken advantage of DACA. Most of them were adults. Essentially, DACA grants participants the rights and privileges normally associated with legal entry into America: it is renewable amnesty. The dangers of DACA are manifold and (should be) self-evident, but they are worth revisiting in light of recent events—if only to strengthen our resolve.

Not going to happen. Congress will pass DACA, the debt cieling will go up, the wall will not get funded, and sanctuarty cities wont get punished.

Trump wants to sign a legal DACA passed by Congress.
They will not be able to pass anything as restrictive as DACA.

These DACA people have been here for 20 or 30 years.....why haven’t they applied for US citizenship?
Only permanent resident aliens, green card holders, legal aliens, can apply for citizenship.
Illegal aliens can’t because they skipped the applying for a green card and waiting your turn part.
They have to go home and apply like everybody else.
The parents who brought children illegally into this country should be prosecuted for human trafficking and deported.

We’ve been had. I will be pragmatic and say Sanders supporters were hosed and locked out. I am beginning to think Conservatives have been hoodwinked as well. The winner is Uni-party. To be fair,President Trump is not Conservative to the full extent of the definition and the application of Conservatism. He is unique and loves his our country and has done magnificently in many respects.Unfortunately,I am losing faith that many of the pinnacle pieces of the MAGA agenda will not be fulfilled to Conservative standards nor ironclad for the future when the Democrats come back in power with Hell and fury.

As much as I am not looking forward to the coming war, it may be better to get it over with sooner rather than later.
It will probably cost millions of lives, and trillions of dollars of wealth will be destroyed. But the alternative that the leftists have forced upon us is to surrender our liberties and submit to their tyranny.
