Gather up all the intel you possibly can on their leaders’ hideouts and bunkers, and on their nuclear facilities and missile sites, their scientists, their suppliers, their military bases, defense sites, satellites, communications & command centers, whereabouts on all their submarines and warships, their financial centers and all government offices and facilities, etc; surround and blockade their nation with multi-national forces and give them 24 hours to surrender.
