We have pretty reliable numbers when it comes to criminal offenses because they are prosecuted and sentences are handed down appropriately. This is not the case when it comes to vote fraud and this plays right into the hands of the left and their attacks on President Trump's assertion that illegal voting is rampant.
Whether we're talking federal, state or local laws (all of which are different) if you're not busted for illegally voting within a certain amount of time, it's like it never happened.

I see five years by federal laws, states obviously vary. Yes, we need to force federal and state officials and organizations to seek prosecution of voter crimes. AND DEPORT non-citizens who vote.
I view vote fraud as similar in seriousness as espionage.
Both are attacks against the safety and well being of the commonwealth. Espionage endangers its physical existence, vote fraud endangers its governing institutions. The consequences for a vote fraud conviction should be very serious. Somehow the candidate and party the vote fraud benefited must feel those consequences. Suggestions?
Voter ID laws would go a long way to clean this up and prevent voter fraud in the first place. That’s why the left fights so vociferously to prevent them.
I say, if you’re too lazy and irresponsible to bother getting an ID then you’re too irresponsible to be allowed to vote.
In extreme cases, an extreme sentence...
And Deport politicians who won’t prosecute
Fantastic idea
Statues of Limitations.
Cut off their heads.
