THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SAYS WE HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE HARVEY BEFORE. I have gathered downloads and everything I feel one would need to stay informed about Harvey and EFFECTED AREAS. Our prayers are with everyone in the path of Harvey and the ongoing flooding.
