how the hell is it “legally inaccurate”???
In all fairness, a plain reading of the. Constitution, what the several States that ratified it we told it meant, is deemed by the left to be legally inaccurate.
It’s kinda like how Sharia describes words like “Justice” or even “terrorism” and being things which are not Justice and which exclude so much that is terrorism.
To be accurate in fine it would have to be “aliens illegally in the country” but that is too cumbersome. Just call them by that old and honorable Americanism, “wetbacks.”
