Quit threatening, Mr. President. Just do it!You make an excellent point. One of the things we expected of President Trump is to follow through on decisions. He did it on stopping the arming of Syrian "freedom fighters" (about time), and it left the pro-war coalition speechless.

Agree. This bailout money to congress is just plain wrong. Whatever the outcome of the Obama ACA repeal or other action, this situation needs to be corrected immediately. An Obama executive order gave congress this gift exempting them from the legislation they foisted on the taxpayers and a Pres Trump EO can get rid of it. Dithering around and dangling the possibility of undoing this blatant political use of govt authority is beyond annoying to a significant number of Trump supporters.
