Nope. Someone posted that Sessions can move to DHS and Scott Pruitt (who used to be the AG of OK and is already confirmed) can take over DoJ. And Rick Perry can take over the EPA.
This will leave the Energy Department open, but who cares? Whoever's #2 behind Perry can just assume the role.
Also, all you Rudy fans need to kill that noise. Rudy himself is compromised. No way he quit the 2000 Senate race due to prostate cancer. More likely Hillary gave him the look.

Cboldt brought up the vacancies act this week so I looked at it.
It is short term. There is an issue of whether DOJ succession statute governs.
But if the goal is to fire Mueller...it could happen this way as long as AG Sessions not fired . If fired..might be more complicated
Btw..doing this throws out the idea of trump really wasnt dissing sessions in some kind of weird plot. Sessions wants AG.

Hmm.. I don’t think you can move cabinet heads around like this, but l could be wrong. I don’t want Pruitt to leave the EPA he is willing to take on the AGW BS. Perry on the other hand said he believes in AGW. The climate change crap is hugely important to the Rats. It’s the key to power, control and unlimited funding so l don’t want a warmist anywhere near the EPA.
