And so what if she did slap that car? Would an average armed citizen open fire if someone slapped his car? It seems to me that this slapping thing is just another attempt to excuse the cop.
The police are throwing all sorts of things out there, with the hope that something sticks. Next they’ll say a freak, localized hail storm startled the cop.
