But there is a Libertarian Party and their stances have specific meanings. On borders, they generally say anyone should be allowed to come here (or move anywhere) if they will be law abiding and self-supporting. And they believe in little or no foreign policy. Live and let live.
And I guess they believe in few laws that impact behavior, such a laws against recreational drugs.
