Trump himself ruled that out in November well before Sessions was even confirmed.
Has there been any evidence that the president has changed his mind?
People don't get that adding 100,000 pages of government regulations per year as Obama was doing and a democrat will do will completely destroy the USA ,completely. Businesses for one thing won't be able to function.
After they destroy the economy and freedom then democrats can install socialism as is their goal. They want to do to the whole economy what they are doing health insurance with obamacare destroy it so they can put their “single payer” in.
Trump nominated him. Huge mistake in retrospect. IMHO I don’t know who advised the President to nominate him.
The libertarians in the GOP like Senator Rand Paul and Congressman Tom Massie don’t like the game being played in Washington right now.
The folks out on Facebook who identify as libertarians are dissing the POTUS to the point of calling him a “fascist” because of the policies Sessions is implementing that you mention.
True libertarians also for open borders.
If he is unwilling to do the job, then yes he should be replaced.
I do not know if there is evidence that has changed his mind, however, there is evidence of a crime committed and Sessions does not need Trump’s approval to open, or reopen, an investigation into Hillary for her emails, Bill & Loretta Lynch for their tarmac meeting, & the Clinton Foundation in the pay for play scam.
Whether or not to pursue Hillary is as much a political decision as a legal decision. Trump made that decision back in November. I don’t agree with Trump’s decision, but it’s pretty silly to constantly trash Sessions for that.
I liked Sessions but not as attorney General
I agree that Trump’s staffing in general has been a major disappointment.
But FWIW ol’ Alex Jones, who speaks with Trump directly from time to time, claims that this is an intentional public distancing before Sessions gears up for going after the Obama admin criminals, etc. We can hope, but will have to wait and see.

I wasn’t trashing him for that. In fact I wasn’t trashing him at all, however, I am still disappointed in the job he has done so far. I was suggesting that as something that would bring him back to the utmost respect I had for him earlier. In other words why is it all about Trump & Russian meddling in our election process. Let’s bring some Democrats under scrutiny from a Special Prosecutor, and let’s pick Hillary Clinton as that Democrat. I do not believe Sessions needs the approval of the President to do it. I cold be wrong about what powers the AG actually has, but it seems to me that he would have that power.

People will, in increasing numbers, eventually realize there will be no restoration without force.
Libertarian for me would mean ‘not invading my space’ which the illegal immigration-open borders crowd seems to be advocating in their self interest at the expense of the interests of others (cheap labor, votes in elections etc.).
But the liberty of small farmers and ranchers is vital, small business owners in general.
That’s where the Bundy’s and the Nevada and Oregon protests come into play.
Tillerson is among the worst.
