In a fascinating and wide-ranging interview with the New York Times yesterday, President Donald Trump revealed his anger at Attorney General Jeff Sessions for recusing himself from the Russia probe. The president also stated that if special counsel Robert Mueller decided to investigate his familys finances while looking into the Russia matter, that would be a red line for him.
In actor and conservative commentator Ben Steins view, Trump will need to get rid of Mueller eventually because the former FBI director may want to toss him in jail.
Appearing on Fox Business this afternoon, Stein briefly touched on Sessions, stating that he thinks Trump wants the attorney general to quit, before declaring that the president has a whole bunch of buzzards coming after him.
They want to kill him, the Ferris Buellers Day Off star exclaimed. I mean, Mr. Mueller, Im sure hes a fine human being in many ways, but hes got that job because he wants to kill the political career and maybe take away the freedom of President Trump.
When host Liz McDonald later said that Mueller has been given a broad mandate and that he can investigate any links between Russia and Trumps campaign, Stein reiterated that Mueller wants to kill Trumps political career.
Its too broad a mandate, he noted. It basically gives him a license to hunt and kill not literally kill, but hunt and kill politically President Trump.
Following Trumps red line comments, it has been reported that Mueller is looking into Russin business transactions made by Trump, as well as ex-campaign chief Paul Manafort for potential money laundering.
Watch the clip above, via Fox Business.
Mueller may not last past Labor Day or not much longer.
Appoint an army of special prosecutors with an open ended mission to look into the dealings of EVERY SINGLE DEMOCRAT in Congress.
Tell them it’s about the seriousness of the charges.
Rep. Scalise was shot to keep him from doing things the shooter objected to. In a country of 330 million people, I’ll bet there’s someone who feels that way about Mueller.
50 million armed Americans. Let’s see who has the biggest stick.
“Republicans get themselves so sideways...”
Correction — Jeff Sessions got things so sideways. Incomprehensible. Inconceivable. Stupidest move in decades.
And the people who Mueller takes orders from would just as soon that Trump be literally killed.
Sounds like Mueller and his assassins need to spend a few years in the grey bar hotel for sedition.
I hope these people (the swamp) don’t succeed in what they are trying to do. It won’t be good. I never take vacations, I do not like being away from home. But as God is my witness if they try to impeach him I will load my truck (I’ll leave what I would load to your imagination) and be on my way to D.C. And I think and hope that at least a few thousand new friends will be with me.
This selective enforcement of laws is intolerable.
Suppose that the Foreign Globalist Occupation Government succeeded in removing Trump from office and jailing him.
I think, at that point, every Trump voter and many other people would view the new “president” as a totally illegitimate usurper and dictator.
DC is no vacation. More like self-flagellation.
Not even close, they do.
Not even close, they do.
If the rebellion is large enough and serious enough, most of the US military will join with the rebellion. Then the Deep State will be forced to raise another army to fight the rebellion.
Then it's 1861 all over again and all bets are off.
In any case, an unlikely scenario. CW II will be set-off by economic collapse in my view.
Is Mueller willing to confront fifty divisions of armed militia coming down on his seditious head?
They act as if they don’t believe we’ll actually do that.
“Not even close, they do.”
As usual, you read too many comicbooks, hoot.
Mueller was famous for two other EXTREMELY DUBIOUS cases: Noriega and Lockerbie.
He is DEEP STATE to the bone.
