Love them or hate them, AR-15-style rifles are here to stay. Many praises and curses have been formed into memes for the famous AR-15. Check out these top 13 AR-15 memes that you'll love to hate.
Blasphemy!, How dare you!
This meme certainly shows their way of backward thoughts
Please supersize me. Merica'!
Once again, the AK troll strikes again. Easy boys and girls, there is room for everyone. All guns are cool.

Look for “meme” to be on the list of words that should be banned at the end of the year.
Would not break my heart... why wait?
That is one hell of a derringer.
Where can I get me one? Preferably with a larger magazine, or even a belt-feed from an ammo box.
Throw enough lead in the air, and the opponent has to run into some of if only by accident on his part.
Ricochet is part of the strafing strategy.

I like the way the 5 round magazine on the Ruger Mini-14 fits flush with the stock. This seems very practical for everyday use. The 30 round magazines are great for plinking or special occasions, so you have to have a few of those, but I think the gun looks and handles best with the five round magazine.
That one meme reminds me I need to go shopping for a .308.

You don’t need money for drugs. With an AR-15 you can get whatever drugs you want.
The word, meme, predates the internet.
“Look for meme to be on the list of words that should be banned at the end of the year.”
Me too...I can’t stand it. That along with “Russia” and “collusion”. Users will hereby be executed at the next dawn. Just east coast elites combing dictionaries for cutesy words to show how smart (in their minds) they are. Dumshits.
Most of these I get. The “blasphemy” is simply that it’s not an AR-15, so it’s like calling that which is not God, “God?”
Gun newbie here:
If the Ruger uses the same ammo (and I recognize not all .223 is the same, but I’m presuming that the post isn’t misleading), and has 30-round magazines, does that mean the Ruger Mini has mostly the same power as an AR-15, in simply a lighter size (and without the pistol grip and flash-suppressor capacity?)
Actually, it doesn’t.
“Meme” was coined in 1976 by rabid, leftist America-hater Richard Dawkins to aid in the deconstruction of shared values. (”Liberty,” for instance, is allegedly only a meme.)
The internet was created in 1969, seven years earlier.
Of course, the internet took a couple decades to evolve and be popularized, but then, so did the word, “meme.” They sorta grew up together.
The Ruger Mini-14 uses the same ammunition and can accept a 30 round magazine, but it is different. The AR15 uses a more modern gas piston type action, where the Ruger has an older style Garand action, similar to the Springfield M1.
Early versions of the AR15 gained a reputation for being finicky, and the Mini-14 for being inaccurate, but both rifles have been greatly improved, and recent versions of both work very well.
The word, meme, isn’t going anywhere, which was my point. I can think of lots of other over-used words and catch phrases that irritate me as much, if not more than that one.
Mostly, it seems that the media is the worst abuser of language. They’ll pick up a certain word or phrase, then grind it into the public consciousness until we scream.
So the gas-piston action allows you get off more shots in a given period of time?
My bigger issue with the word, “meme” is that it’s grossly inaccurate. Most people don’t mean anything at all like what Dawkins was talking about; they simply mean a joke template.
