I don’t hire women of child baring or menstrual age. Middle-aged women are far more reliable. I have a younger woman in a key position. Over the last 10 years, she’s had 2-3 month time-outs for having babies. She is off a lot due to her kids now. She’s really good at her job and everybody loves her, but I won’t do this again.
This is what I have always viewed as a typical “but” employee. “He’s a good employee, but...”
“But” employees are not good employees. Everyone else and the organization suffers to accommodate them.
Exactly. Women just aren’t going to be as productive as men. Why any employer would expose them to that doesn’t make sense.
