“is entirely dependent on whether or not shes consented to the jurisdiction of the state concerning her being a driver”
would that be anything like consenting to the state’s jurisdiction to pass a driving test and obtain a driving license, obtain a license plate for the vehicle every 12 months, keep the car in safe working order, pay registration taxes on the car each year, pay gasoline taxes when you fuel up, obey traffic regulations like stopping at stop signs, yielding to pedestrians, obeying speed limits, turning your headlights on at night, and only driving on the right side of the road?
If she wants to drive as opposed to travel. Did you read the whole response? The law is out there, it’s available for you to look in to.
If you’re not driving, your not subject to it. Most people assume they are. Your response otherwise was a mishmash that covers aspects of both. Exercising your right to travel in a commonly available conveyance doesn’t mean you’re absolved from responsibility for stupid shit... I’m not going to waste my time going point by point over that, do your own research.
