Very, very bad idea......use their own money not taxpayers.
Very good idea, and with it, DESOCIALIZE healthcare in the U.S. and put it where it belongs - in the free market. Quit acquiescing to unconstitutional socialized medicine which is federal tyranny. Force the issue and, meanwhile, saves lives.
I thought that the parents had raised over a million ($/€) in private money. So why the heck is the UK stating they can’t leave?
