I was involved in a drug bust as an observer. A bag of the stuff was broken so I helped pick up the chunks of stuff. It was very sticky and I used an alcohol wipe to clean off my fingers. Evidently the alcohol caused some of the STP to get into my skin. Things kept slipping out of my hands for weeks.
Cannabis is certainly sticky. I use alcohol to clean the sticky oil off my vaporizers after 2-3 uses. I use alcohol to get it off my hands & never have an issue with it. YMMV :)
